Booking Policy
Reservation Guidelines
Please review our reservation guidelines to ensure a smooth booking experience:
- Advance bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance
- Minimum 2 hours notice required for same-day bookings (subject to availability)
- Full payment is required at the time of check-in
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your tee time
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans may change. Here's our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No penalty
- Cancellations made 12-24 hours in advance: 50% penalty
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance: Full penalty
- No-shows will be charged in full
Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather:
- If the course is closed due to weather conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund
- If rain begins during your round, rain checks will be issued based on the number of holes completed
- Management reserves the right to decide if the course is playable
